Working from home is here to stay, but your boss never said it has to be your home. And we’re all for renting a remote workplace for a month in an adobe house on the chilled-out Mexican coast, a loft apartment in a hip French city or a cute cabin in the Norwegian fjordland. Most of us are still feeling a little travel-starved, so a longer working holiday could be just the thing to brighten up a season working from home. 

As a travel writer specialising in responsible travel, I try to visit new destinations less often, but for longer, combining remote working with a holiday.
