2021 has been another long and difficult year for the travel industry. If you turn the clock back to the start of the year, I don’t think it would be unreasonable to assume that travel would have made a significant recovery by the Summer, what with the roll-out of vaccines, and so on. However, all that took – and is still taking – time, and the new omicron variant of the virus has unfortunately meant that COVID-19 has continued to disrupt our daily lives.
All that said, I think there is a lot of optimism for 2022. And this is borne out by the many industry events that are scheduled to take place in the year ahead. Here are more than 22 luxury travel events to look forward to in 2022 (in fact, there’s more like double that number!).
