Located not far from the beautiful town of Durbuy in Wallonia lies a one Michelin star restaurant and hotel, Le Cor de Chasse, offering contemporary French dishes using only the freshest seasonal products. The charming hotel is situated in a castle which dates back to 1681 surrounded by two hectares of land, an outdoor pool and offers 11 beautifully decorated bedrooms.

Guests can choose from a Menu Prestige, a Discovery Menu or order à la carte. Dishes vary constantly according to the season and availability of ingredients. The Chef and Owner, Mario Elias, comes from generations of passionate chefs which began with his great-grandfather producing and selling ice-cream at the North Sea.

L’Aire du Temps, Éghezée

A Belgian restaurant headed by a Korean born chef. Sang Hoon Degeimbre’s description of himself  “Korean born, Belgian man, and citizen of the world” is a preamble to the unique experience waiting for you at L’Aire du Temps. Situated in a square farm built in Hesbaye style, surrounded by 5 hectares of cultivated gardens, the restaurant offers set as well as à la carte menus. As told by the Chef, menus are a reflection of imagination, the fruit of passion and pleasure for creating something unique for the guests. 5 contemporary bedrooms are available for those who would never want to leave this place!

Hostellerie St., Nicolas, Ieper

This is an excellent destination if you are planning to visit Flanders Fields in Ieper, Poperinge or Veurne.
Chef Franky Vanderhaeghe and his wife Sandra give you the warmest welcome upon arrival. He makes use of the freshest local ingredients, typical of the region of West Flanders, such as asparagus prepared “à la flamande”, fish from the North Sea or eel.

The stylish B&B offers 6 contemporary bedrooms located in a modern villa just a few metres from the restaurant. The perfect base for those wanted to combine gastronomy with history.

L’Impératif, Domaine d’Arondeau, Roucourt

L’Impératif restaurant is situated within the vast estate of Arondeau, which includes a park of 15 hectares, a majestic renovated 19th century mansion best known by the name “Le chateau d’Arondeau” and a contemporary architectural complex containing 5 halls for receptions and seminars. The elegant and sophisticated room restaurant is great for business lunches or dinners and convivial gatherings. The restaurant’s Chef, Benoît Newsy, is constantly exploring, creating and innovating, perennially looking for improbable ways to associate textures and flavours.

The castle of Arondeau offers 10 hotel rooms with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside.
